Location plan - South Park, Darlington

We wanted to film in the bandstand of south park. We wanted to use for the performance later in the video. We have visited the site and are currently working on getting permission to film there.
Lighting may be required and In case we can't use this we will have to come up with a plan B. The weather may limit what we are able to do there or may postpone the shoot if we cannot do it. We want to have the band perform in the band stand so we should be ok to film in light rain and wind but it the weather is torrential then it will cause to postpone any filing that we had planned to do.
